An Indonesian air force plane crashed moments after take-off on Java island on Monday, killing one person, a military spokesman said.

The OV-10 Bronco light attack aircraft went down near Abdurahman Saleh airport in the city of Malang, in East Java, military spokesman Sagom Tamboen said by telephone, adding he was waiting for more details.
