The Interpol accepted Turkey's request for a red notice for Cem Uzan, the chairman of the Young Party (GP).
Under this decision of the Interpol, Cem Uzan will be wanted by red notice in all Interpol member countries.
On October 14, an Istanbul criminal court decided to arrest Cem Uzan, who has sought political asylum in France.
The Savings Deposit Insurance Fund of Turkey (TMSF) sent a petition to the court, saying that Cem Uzan was banned from going abroad within the framework of a lawsuit he was being tried on charges of "embezzling the money in a private bank", and asked the court to decide that Uzan be arrested.
