Turkish Ambassador in Baghdad Ozcelik said that Iraq had priority in Turkish foreign policy.
Turkish Ambassador in Baghdad Murat Ozcelik said on Saturday that Iraq had priority in Turkish foreign policy.
Speaking at a conference, Ozcelik pointed out the election process in Iraq, and said that Turkey had good relations with every group in Iraq, and those relations would not change after the elections were concluded.
Ozcelik said that Iraqi people knew that Turkey represented modernity.
He added that Iraq's priority in Turkish foreign policy continued in the aspect of the interests of both Turkey and Turkish businessmen.
Ozcelik said that an important model as High-Level Strategic Cooperation with Iraq was being implemented within that scope.
