The Kosovan prime minister sent on Thursday a condolence message to the Turkish prime minister after the flood disaster.
Kosovo's Prime Minister Hashim Thaci sent a message to Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, offering his condolences for people who lost their lives in the flood that hit Istanbul.
In his message, Thaci said the Kosovan government and people were sharing the agonies of Turkish government and people.
Twenty-six people died in floods in Istanbul, and nine people are reported missing.
Earlier this week, five people died in floods in the northwestern province of Tekirdag.
