N. Korea seeks light-water reactors in return for disabling Yongbyon

North Korea should be provided with light-water reactors in exchange for disabling its nuclear facilities in Yongbyon, the country's top nuclear negotiator Kim Kye Gwan said Saturday.

Speaking to reporters at Beijing airport on his way back a day after the three-day six-party nuclear talks, Kim also said Pyongyang will watch whether confidence-building measures are taken before it determines whether to include nuclear weapons in a list of declaration of nuclear programs.
