The meeting between President Mehmet Ali Talat of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and Greek Cypriot leader Demetris Christofias in the buffer zone in Lefkosa under the ongoing Cyprus talks ended.
UN Secretary-General's Special Envoy to Cyprus Taye Brook Zerihoun said after the three-hour meeting that the leaders discussed proposals under the title of "execution".
They also set the timetable for the talks. The next meetings will take place on October 21, 22 and 27 and November 2 and 6.
Leaders will begin discussing the issues related with "foreign relations" at the next meeting on October 21.
