Italy regained the second place followowing Spain leading.

Turkey jumps to top ten in FIFA world ranking

After an interval of four years, Turkish national football team climbed back in the top ten and ranked the 10th in FIFA World Ranking which was dominated by European champions Spain ahead of 2010 World Cup qualifiers.

Turkey and Spain will compete in Group 5 for World Cup qualifiers, which will kick off this weekend, together with Bosnia, Belgium, Armenia and Estonia.

Italy and Germany swapped their places in the world ranking and Italy regained the second place which was held by Germans last month.
