Turkey's PM arrives in Iran for talks

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan arrived Monday in the Iranian capital, Tehran, for a formal visit on the invitation of Iran's First Vice President Mohammad Reza Rahimi.

Erdogan is scheduled to meet on Tuesday with Rahimi, Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki, Parliament Speaker Ali Larinjani, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei.

Erdogan's talks are expected to include regional and international issues, as well as bilateral relations.
