Turkey's TAV says profits increased by 300 percent

Turkey's TAV Airports Holding increased its profits in the first nine months of 2009 by 300 percent when compared to the same term last year.

TAV's profits in the first nine months were worth 75 million liras (approx. 51 million USD). The company's nine month profit in 2008 was worth 19 million liras (approx. 12.9 million USD).

TAV's principal activity is to provide airport services at different airports in different corners of the world. It operates in five segments: Terminal operations, Duty Free operations, Ground Handling and Bus operations, Catering operations and Other operations.
