Turkey's TAV to turn over Havas to new joint venture

Turkish airport constructor and operator TAV Havalimanlari Holding is getting ready to turn over its ground services company (Havas) to a company it will set up with HSBC Investment and Is Girisim.

TAV holding said in a statement on Monday that an agreement was signed among the parties on October 16 to turn over Havas ground services to a new joint venture with HSBC Investment Bank Holdings and Is Girisim Sermayesi Yatirim Ortakligi AS.

TAV said that it would generate 180 million euro from the deal.

It will own 65 percent stake in the joint venture while NSBC Investment will own 28.3 percent and the Is Girisim will own 6.67 percent.
