The top general of Turkey had a meeting with his Albanian counterpart in Ankara on Tuesday.
Albanian General Staff Chief Gen. Maksim Malaj paid a visit to Turkey's General Staff Chief Gen. Ilker Basbug at the General Staff headquarters in Ankara.
After Basbug welcomed Malaj with full military honors, and later they had a tete-a-tete meeting.
