Nearly 300 movies shot since the 1970s will be displayed within the framework of the festival, which is jointly organized by "Arkadas Theater -Buhne der Kulturen" and "NRW Filmforum".

In addition to popular Turkish movies such as "The Man Who Saved the World", "Superman in Istanbul" and "Kara Murat", a movie titled "Mein Vater ist Turke" by Andreas Vetter and "Fatih Akin - Tagebuch eines Filmreisenden", a film by Monique Akin introducing the life of renowned Turkish director Fatih Akin, will be shown during the festival.
