Turkish Foreign Minister Ali Babacan said regarding the disagreements about the final status of Kosovo that Balkans does not have patience against a new crisis.

Speaking to Turkish journalists before his departure from Madrid --where he visited to attend the fifteenth meeting of the Ministerial Council of Organization for Security & Co-operation in Europe (OSCE)--, Babacan said that the main agenda of the meeting was Kosovo.

Noting that it is necessary to set the status of Kosovo, Babacan said that Turkey wants a solution which will bring peace and stability both to Kosovo and its neighbors. He added that final status of Kosovo concerns Turkey very much.

Babacan also held bilateral meetings with Ukrainian and Japanese foreign ministers as well as U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns. Babacan said that they discussed Kosovo issue and results of Annapolis Conference.

Babacan left for Ankara following his press conference.
