Turkish, Iraqi FMs discuss Erdogan's upcoming visit
Turkish FM Davutoglu met with his Iraqi counterpart Zebari in New York.
Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met with his Iraqi counterpart Hoshyar Mahmud Zebari in New York on Monday.
The two ministers discussed the details of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's upcoming visit to Iraq in mid-October.
Diplomatic sources said that Davutoglu and Zebari discussed technical details of Erdogan's upcoming visit.
During Erdogan's visit to Iraq, the two countries are expected to sign over 40 project documents.
Davutoglu and Zebari discussed steps to be taken so as to tension between Iraq and Syria diminishes.
Ahmet Davutoglu also met with his Iranian counterpart Manuchehr Motaki at the United Nations on Monday.
