Turkish minister meets trade advisors for Asia-Pacific in China
Turkish state minister met with trade advisors of the Turkish embassies in the Asia-Pacific region in Beijing.
Turkish state minister on foreign trade, who is currently in China on an official visit, met with trade advisors of the Turkish embassies in the Asia-Pacific region in Beijing on Saturday.
Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan, accompanied by representatives of the Turkish private sector, held a 7.5 hour meeting with Turkey's trade advisors in 15 countries.
Participants discussed ways to improve Turkey's exports to these countries during the gathering.
On the other hand, the signing ceremony of the Turkish-Chinese Joint Economic Commission (JEC) meeting protocol was cancelled due to Chinese Commerce Minister Chen Deming's health problem, officials said on Sunday.
The ceremony was cancelled as Deming was hospitalized upon his return to China from the recent G-20 summit in Pittsburgh.
