Hisarciklioglu said that he met chairmen of Union of Chambers of Pakistan and Afghanistan last month, and they signed a memorandum of understanding.

He said that they are currently exerting efforts for infrastructure activities of the project, adding that they will later hold a formal ceremony regarding the project.

Noting that he will leave for Pakistan together with Turkish Presidnet Abdullah Gul on December 2nd, Hisarciklioglu said that he will hold meetings in Pakistan about the project.
