U.S. Ambassador to Turkey Ross Wilson said Friday the United States does not want any changes in the Turkey-Iraq border.

The USA respects both Turkey's and Iraq's borders, Wilson told reporters after meeting Deputy Governor Ali Kamil Basar of northwestern province of Bursa.

Wilson said repentance law is a sensitive matter that Turkey should solve on its own.
