Foreign Ministry of Afghanistan showed Turkey and Saudi Arabia as address for the peace negotiations with Taliban.
Ministry spokesperson Canan Musazey said that a new office could be opened in Turkey and Saudi Arabia for mutual meetings between Afghanistan and Taliban officials.
Noting that the negotiation would be held between Taliban officials and Afghan Supreme Peace Council, Musazey said that Afghan officials were ready to negotiate for peace both abroad and in the country.
Muzasey noted that they would seriously follow the peace talk also as a state.
Meanwhile, Afghan President Hamid Karzai declared Qatar as the only place to meet with Taliban, according to a statement made a few months ago.
On the other hand, Spokesperson for Taliban Zabihullah Mujahid said they had not made any decision yet about the offer of the Afghan ministry. Underlining that the meetings also continued among Taliban's top-level officials for peace negotiation, Mujahid said they had no problem with the suggested countries.
