A bomb outside a mosque in Pakistan's southern port city of Karachi killed at least 3 people and injured 22 on Friday, police said.
Initial reports say the bomb was planted in a parked vehicle outside the mosque in southern Gizri area, and went off soon after busy Friday prayers.
Nasir Aftab, a city police chief, told reporters the wounded had been taken to hospital and at least four suffered in serious injuries.
The blast was heard within a two kilometer radius, destroyed a boundary wall next to the mosque and partially damaged nearby shops and buildings.
Rescue workers struggled to take the injured to the hospital because of crowds that gathered to search for family members who had attended the mosque at the time of the blast.Last Mod: 25 Nisan 2014, 13:59
