After nearly two month of talks and negotiations, the PDP BJP alliance after taking oath to form the government in Jammu And Kashmir State, have declared the coalition governments' much awaited Common Minimum Program (CMP).

Pertinently, the CMP was negotiated by Dr Haseeb Drabu and Ram Madhav in Mumbai and Delhi for last two months. This CMP or ‘Agenda of the Alliance’ as named by the coalition the fixture of governing the state for next six years. According to the CMP this document sets out the Agenda of the Alliance between the J&K People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and the Bharatiya Janata Party BJP). It will be the guiding framework for governance of the coalition government in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K) for the next six years.
