Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Bishkek to attend an informal summit of the heads of CSTO member states, the Kyrgyz government press service reported on Tuesday.
Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Jantoro Satybaldyev met Putin at the "Manas" Airport.
According to Russian media outlets, in Bishkek, Putin will have a working lunch with his Kyrgyz counterpart Almazbek Atambayev, KyrTAG reported.
After that, the Russian leader will meet with President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon. It is assumed that the parties will discuss the future of the Russian military base in Tajikistan.
