Eight people were killed In several attacks in the Helmand province of Afghanistan.

The spokesperson of the Helmand governorship Omar Zvak said in a statement that in the district of Lashkargah a roadside bomb killed four girls in the age of 7-12.

Officials said that no group claimed responsibility for the attack, as they held Taliban responsible.

Gunmen killed one police officer and two civilians in Lashkargah.

In another bomb attack in the Districts of Oruzgan Province‎ two people were killed.
