While the June 18th elections are getting closer, the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights , OSCE-ODIHR mission members has arrived to Tirana, with a Needs Evaluation report.
Four members of the mission were informed that the boycott of the opposition may damage the electoral process.
Another concern raised by the interested parties in Albania, is the fact that the Central Election Commission is easily influenced by political pressure.
The OSCE-ODIHR that visited Tirana on March 6th and 9th expressed their concerns about the pressure against voters, vote purchase, usage of public funds and illegal money from the organized crime.
