Montenegro appoints its first diplomatic envoy to Kosovo

Montenegro appointed Tuesday a diplomatic envoy to Kosovo for the first time.

Kosovo's Minister for Foreign Affaris Enver Hoxhaj received Montenegro's acting ambassador Radovan Milyanic in his office, according to the Foreign Affairs Ministry.

Hoxhaj stated that the good relations of the two countries should have also been strenghtened in several areas.

He said it was quite positive of Montenegro's Foreign Ministry to send an envoy to Kosovo, wishing success to Milyanic.

Kosovo would also send an envoy to Montenegro as soon as possible, Hoxhaj said.

Milyanic stressed he would do his best to develop the cooperation between two countries during his period of office.
