Hamas calls for Turkey help for end to Israeli attacks

Hamas called on Turkey to exert efforts for end of Israel's offensive against Gaza.

Speaking to AA correspondent, Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zuhri said that they wished that Turkey would exert diplomatic efforts on prevention of Israeli attacks.

Thirteen Gazans, including three children, were killed and about 100 were wounded. More than 100 air strikes pounded Gaza throughout the night, and three members of a Hamas rocket crew were killed. Also among the dead were a baby and a woman pregnant with twins.
