Iranian Parliament Speaker in Turkey for talks

Turkish President Abdullah Gul received Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani and an accompanying delegation.

The closed-door meeting in Istanbul lasted for about an hour, Anadolu news agency reported, not giving more details.

The second extraordinary meeting of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC)-member states (PUOICM) will take place in Istanbul on Monday.
