Murat Palavar, who accompanied the Mavi Marmara flotilla which was destined to deliver aid to the Palestinians of Gaza, received a call to come to Israel to collect his property which was confiscated three years ago during a raid on the ship in international waters by Israeli forces.

However, Palavar, who was sent with the ship as part of his job with the Yeni Şafak newspaper, was disappointed to only find one empty wallet on his arrival.

Claiming that the contents of the wallet, which included money and many important identity cards were still missing, Palavar has informed the press that he will seek justice in the courts.

Israel is currently suffering from the political damages caused by the verdicts of the Mavi Marmara International Crimes Court.
