Meeting between Turkish PM, Kuwait leader cancelled

Turkish Premier Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf of Kuwait on Monday.

Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan, Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek and Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz also attended the meeting.

Meanwhile, the scheduled meeting between Erdogan and Amir Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jabir al-Sabah of Kuwait was cancelled due to health problem of the Amir.

Prime Minister Erdogan will meet with Kuwaiti Parliament Speaker Jassem Mohammad Abdulmohsen Al-Kharafi. He will be presented with an award by the Sheikh Fahad al-Ahmad International Award for Charity.

Erdogan will also partake in a banquet to be hosted in his honor by Prime Minister Nasir al-Muhammad al-Ahmad al-Sabah.
