Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday said a fuel exchange proposal to Iran that Turkey and Brazil are trying to revive was a possible way out of the impasse over the Islamic Republic's nuclear programme.
Turkey and Brazil, non-permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, are trying to revive a stalled U.N.-backed nuclear fuel exchange proposal in an effort to avoid more sanctions on Iran.
"If such a type of proposal will be supported by all participants of this process then this would be not a bad way out of the situation," Medvedev said.
