Syrian President Bashar al-Asad arrived in Turkey on Monday.

Al-Asad will attend Conference on Interaction and Confidence-building Measures in Asia which will begin in Istanbul on Tuesday.

Turkish President Abdullah Gul and Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will meet with al-Asad on Monday. Erdogan and al-Asad will hold a press conference.
