The United Nations and Turkey signed UN Development Cooperation Strategy (UNDCS) paper on Monday.
The paper covers 2011-2015 period, and draws the framework of UN's assistance to Turkey in development area.
Turkish ambassador Nihat Rende signed the document during a ceremony that took place in Foreign Ministry.
The paper, which briefs Turkey's priorities in national development and UN's possible contributions in these areas, was prepared under the leadership of Turkish government and with the contributions of UN institutions.
