Turkey has made the first delivery as part of the pledged logistic support worth 41 million USD to Tunisia on Friday.
Turkish International Cooperation Agency (TIKA) Deputy President Harun Tuncer delivered 4 ambulances and 4 street cleaning trucks to Tunisian Interior Ministry authorities at a ceremony that was held in front of the Ministry.
Secretary General of the Ministry, Said el-Musheymi, told AA correspondent that Turkey pledged logistic support worth 41 million USD for civilian and municipal purposes. He also thanked Turkish government for the support of the revolution and during the transitional period.
Tunisian Interior Minister Ali Laarayedh received Turkish authorities after the ceremony.
