Turkey's PM to travel to Syria

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will travel to Syria on a daily visit.

Prime Minister Erdogan will first travel to the southern Turkish province of Hatay on February 6 to attend ground-breaking ceremony for the Friendship Dam to be built by Turkey and Syria on the River Asi (Orontes River).

The ground-breaking ceremony will take place in the village of Ziyaret with the participation of Syrian Prime Minister Naji al-Utri.

Later, Prime Minister Erdogan will proceed to Syria to meet with Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Syrian city of Aleppo.
