Turkey's president Abdullah Gul left for Kazakhstan on Sunday upon a formal invitation from his Kazakh counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev.
Turkish President Abdullah Gul will hold a series of talks in Kazakhstan between May 23-26.
Bilateral relations between Turkey and Kazakhstan, as well as regional and international developments will be high on agenda of Gul's visit.
Gul is also set to address the Kazakh parliament, and later visit Turkestan, a city of great importance for the Turkic world, and Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Turkish-Kazakh University during his stay in Kazakhstan.
