Prime ministers of Turkey, Bulgaria and Qatar met in Varna, Bulgaria on Friday.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov and Qatari Prime Minister Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabir Al Thani gathered at Euxinograd Palace.

Turkey's EU Minister Egemen Bagis, Energy & Natural Resources Minister Taner Yildiz and Forestry & Water Works Minister Veysel Eroglu also attended the meeting.

The meeting will focus on several infrastructure projects as well as investment opportunities which have regional importance.

During the first meeting of Turkey-Bulgaria High-level Cooperation Council in Ankara on March 20, participants decided to hold this meeting in Varna.
