Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu on Tuesday held separate talks with his counterparts in Britain, Germany and Libya on the telephone about the situation in Egypt.
According to diplomatic sources, Davutoglu had busy diplomatic correspondences about the current situation in Egypt and evaluated the happenings with the foreign ministers of Britain, Germany and Libya.
Davutoglu also talked with Egyptian Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr on Monday night. It's noted that Amr called Davutoglu about the attack in Cairo on Monday where 53 people were killed.
Davutoglu told the Egyptian counterpart that Turkey strongly condemned the attacks which were against fundamental human values and also underlined that on the basis of the constitutional legitimacy of Egypt, the free will of the people should be respected and that the country should return to democracy as soon as possible.Güncelleme Tarihi: 10 Temmuz 2013, 09:53
