Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu arrived in Kyrgyzstan early on Saturday.
Davutoglu will attend oath-taking ceremony of Roza Otunbayeva as the interim president of the country. He will also hold several meetings in Bishkek.
Davutoglu is paying a one-day visit to Bishkek where he will hold meetings with officials of interim administration.
He will also meet with representatives of Meskhetian Turks.
After attending a formal dinner, Davutoglu will meet with Turkish community members and businessmen at Kyrgyzstan Turkey Manas University, and hold a press conference.
