Turkish FM meets Muslim Mufti in Bulgaria

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu met Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov in Sofia on Friday.

Davutoglu, currently on a two-day visit to Bulgaria upon an invitation from Bulgarian Foreign Minister Nikolay Mladenov, discussed relations between Turkey and Bulgaria with Borissov.

Davutoglu also visited the Office of Chief Mufti of Muslims in Bulgaria and later met with Bulgarian Parliament Speaker Tsetska Tsacheva in the Parliament.

Davutoglu also delivered a speech at Bulgarian Diplomatic Club.

The Turkish foreign minister will proceed to Plovdiv on Friday afternoon and visit Cuma Mosque.

Davutoglu and his delegation will return to Turkey in the evening.
