Turkish FM says Council of Europe should support reforms in Bosnia

Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said on Tuesday that Council of Europe should support reforms in Bosnia-Herzegovina and assume an important role in this process.

Speaking at the working dinner hosted for Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe (COE) in Strasbourg, Davutoglu underlined importance of Bosnia-Herzegovina for the stability of whole region, and indicated that the country including people from different cultures constituted a model for the region.

Davutoglu also referred to Turkey's support to Bosnia-Herzegovina's membership to NATO and European Union and noted that Turkey "appreciated Serbia's policy" in this process.
