A Turkish state minister left for Bulgaria on Sunday on a three-day visit.

Minister Faruk Celik will visit Kardzhali, Novi Pazar and Dzhebel cities of Bulgaria, attend inauguration ceremonies and held talks with Turkish citizens living in Bulgaria.

Celik will then proceed to Sofia to hold talks with Bulgarian officials.
