Turkish State Minister Zafer Caglayan will join Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdgan during his visit to Kyrgyzstan on February 1 and 2.
State Ministry said on Sunday that a trade delegation including 100 businessmen from construction materials, electric-electronic, food, energy, automotive by-industry, machine, logistics, textile, jewelry, marble, telecommunication and contracting sectors would assess business opportunities in Kyrgyzstan.
Caglayan will meet with Kyrgyz Transportation & Communication Minister Erkin Isakov and Economic Regulation Minister Uchkunbek Tashbaev.
Turkey-Kyrgyzstan foreign trade volume dropped 6.6 percent to 160 million USD in 2010 when compared to 2009.
There are nearly 300 Turkish small & medium scale enterprises in Kyrgyzstan, and the investments of Turks in that country reached one billion USD.
Turkish contracting companies so far undertook 35 projects worth of 531 million USD in Kyrgyzstan.
