Finance minister to attend Turkey-Kuwait JEC meetings

Turkish finance minister will travel to Kuwait on Tuesday.

Finance Minister Mehmet Simsek will pay a formal visit to Kuwait to attend meetings of Turkey-Kuwait Joint Economic Committee (JEC).

JEC meetings will take place on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Simsek will be received by Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Jaber al-Sabah and Prime Minister Nasir al-Muhammad al-Ahmad al-Sabah during his visit.

He will also meet with Kuwait's Finance Minister Mustafa al-Jassim al-Shamali and Commerce & Industry Minister Ahmad Rashid al-Haroun.

Simsek will return to Turkey on May 28.
