Jordan’s imports of Israeli goods has decreased by 11% in the past 10 months, furthering Israel’s woes as firms and organizations all over the world continue to boycott the Zionist state for breaching international laws with its illegal settlement projects in the occupied West Bank.
Imports from Israel also saw an 18% decrease between October 2012-October 2013, while exports to Israel from Jordan increased by 12.3% in the first 10 months of 2013 compared to the figures of 2012.
The figures released by Jordan’s Statistics Bureau indicate a drop in the import of fruit, vegetables, olive oil and jewelry from Israel.
The current value of imports from Israel is estimated to be worth approximately JOD 53.3 million, compared to JOD 60.1 million last year.Güncelleme Tarihi: 22 Ocak 2014, 16:42
