Bank Asya's net profit in the first quarter of 2010 was 59 million TL (approx. 37.9 million USD).
In a statement issued on Friday, Bank Asya said that their profit in the first quarter of 2010 increased by 12.5 percent when compared to the same term last year.
In the first quarter of 2009, Bank Asya's profit was worth 53 million TL (approx. 34 million USD).
Bank Asya conducts interest-free banking. The bank has 160 branches with 4,239 employees in Turkey.
