Turkey's Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan visited on Friday a construction site that was being built by Turkish capital and funds.
Minister Caglayan visited Deco Residence's construction site within the scope of his formal visit to Mozambique.
Speaking on the occasion of the visit, Caglayan said that for the first time a Turkish minister was visiting the Mozambique.
Stating that he had a talk with Mozambique President Armando Guebuza earlier on the day, Caglayan underlined that Turkey's stance on Africa was different than other states around the world.
Caglayan recalled that Armando Guebuza was going to visit Turkey in 2013 upon an invitation of Turkish President Abdullah Gul.
He stated that Mozambique demanded to take advantages of Turkey's experiences on health, education and social solidarity.
