The Turkish Lira has weakened against the US dollar but is unlikely to depreciate further, said Benoit Anne, Head of Emerging Markets Strategy at Societe Generale.

With the most up-to-date exchange of one US dollar for 2,2125 Turkish Lira, Anne stated that the Turkish lira becomes more attractive to investors wanting to buy the currency, according to the statement made to AA correspondent.

He added, "I expect no currency crisis in Turkey."
