Denmark will reopen all its airspace at 0900 GMT after it was closed on Thursday because of a volcanic ash cloud from Iceland, Danish air traffic controller Naviair said on Wednesday.

Naviair said on its website it would update the scenario around 1300 GMT.

Copenhagen airport and all Danish airspace have been closed since Thursday afternoon. On Monday, Denmark opened its airspace above 35,500 feet. The night between Tuesday and Wednesday it opened its airspace in most of the country, opening up for traffic from Copenhagen and four other airports.
