Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met his French counterpart on Monday to discuss operations against ISIL in Syria, he said.
Erdogan and Francois Hollande met on the sidelines of the UN climate change summit in Paris.
“We had the chance to evaluate what we are doing and what we can do jointly for the coalition forces against ISIL,” the Turkish president told the reporters.
He added: “We have planned the steps we will take in the next phase.”
Erdogan said they had also talked about Hollande’s meeting on Thursday with Russian President Vladimir Putin, which followed last week’s shooting down of a Russian warplane on the Turkey-Syria border.Güncelleme Tarihi: 01 Aralık 2015, 09:06
