13 internet pages linked to the Ukraine protest movement that ousted former president Yanukovich have been blocked by the Russian Internet monitoring agency.
The pages on Russia's popular social media website VKontakte were taken down upon the orders of the general prosecutor’s office for “terrorist activity” and “participation in unsanctioned mass actions,” according to Roskomnadzor.
As of Monday, group members were not able to access the pages, the most popular of which had 500,000 members.
