Moscow is helping Greece in its investigation into possible WWII reparations from Germany by providing access to previously unused Nazi archives. The Russian government has complied with a request from the Greek Alternate Defence Minister Costas Isichos by providing an archive of various files.

The archives include a detailed list of files, documents, photographs, and footage connected with the Nazi regime. Once translated into Greek from Russian, the documents to be put forward to the reparation case for reparations will be analysed.

Greece‘s Parliament president head Zoi Konstantopoulou will support Greece's application with the necessary documents and papers

Following the request, Alternate Defense Minister Costas Isichos thanked the Russian government for the prompt response and assistance
